BarSol Supremo Mosto Verde Italia Pisco

A mosto verde pisco from BarSol, distilled from the partially fermented wine of 100% Italia grapes from the Ica Valley, which keeps more of the grape's aromatics. Wonderfully aromatic, showing green apple, pear and cut grass over a floral, peppery edge. A characterful sipping pisco, and superb in a Pisco Sour.
