BarSol Quebranta Pisco

BarSol Quebranta Pisco comes from one of the oldest distilleries in the Ica Valley using exclusively 100% Quebranta grapes from the sun-drenched vineyards nearby. This grape variety is the most prevalent for pisco production. Produced in small batches following the classic pot distillation method refined over centuries in Peru, Barsol Quebranta is distilled directly to bottle proof without any water or other ingredients added.
