ABA Pisco
ABA Pisco is a Chilean pisco, distilled in small copper pot stills. The spirit is then aged in oak barrels for three months and uniquely charcoal filtered, resulting in a clear and smooth finish.
ABA Pisco is expertly crafted by the Aguirre family, passing down methods from generation to generation in the renowned Elqui Valley. Their distillery, Fundo San Juan El Arenal, meaning 'a place in the sand' is located in the heart of the valley known for its exceptional grape production, with its sunny days and cool evenings.

Aroma: ABA Pisco boasts a delicate balance of fresh pear notes, complemented by a subtle layer of floral aromas and a hint of cinnamon bagel spice.
Taste: The palate of ABA Pisco has a subtle sweetness and delicate flavour, with subtle notes of pear, violet, rose, orange zest, jasmine, and toasted cinnamon bagel.
Aftertaste: Pear, a hint of cinnamon spice and delicate notes of elderflower.
