In the appassimento style, the grapes are dried in crates for about 30 days to concentrate them. They are then fermented in stainless steel and aged six months in oak. The Urban Park name comes from the winery's wish, in the 2000s, to open its doors to street art.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eBlack cherry and bright berries with a touch of spice, then ripe bramble, supple tannins and a gently sweet finish lifted by fresh acidity.
