Winemaker Laura Sanz comes from a La Seca grape-growing family. She presses gently, ferments cool in stainless steel and leaves the wine three months on fine lees.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eGrapefruit, passion fruit and mandarin with light herbs, then a mineral palate, lime-zest acidity and a touch of stone fruit.
