BarSol Acholado Pisco

A Peruvian pisco, this is a blend consisting of three single varietal piscos - Quebranta, Italia, and Torontel - each produced from wine made in the Ica Valley. The small batches are distilled using classic pisco pot distillation and are precisely distilled to bottle proof without any additional ingredients or water added.
